Returns Policy
- ✔You can return any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- ✔The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- ✔Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- ✔Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- ✔We offer free exchange for size or product (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.
- ✔If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
- ✔Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
- ✕Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- ✕Items that are used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- ✕Custom-made or personalised products.
- ✕Sale or clearance items.
- ✕Products without original tags, packaging or invoice.
